To view your order status, make order changes, or create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), log in to your PREracing account and refer to your account panel.
PREracing monitors several warehouses in real-time. If an item is being actively monitored by our inventory systems, the quantity available will be shown on the product page above the Add to Wishlist button. However, if the quantity available drops to a low level, the live quantity will be unavailable. If you would like to confirm a stock quantity on a specific product, call or email PREracing. fulfills orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you place an order, your credit card is charged immediately and your order is placed in our system queue. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order as it is prepared by our staff. Once your items ship, you will be sent a corresponding tracking number.
While processing orders, our staff may experience situations that require additional information from you and/or the supplier that prevents us from completing the order process. This is usually a result of an incorrect shipping address, a discontinued item, or a back-ordered item. When orders are placed on hold, we will email or call you to resolve the issue. Please respond promptly so your order can be completed.
If any portion of your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email or phone by a PREracing staff member. We will inform you which items are on backorder and will provide a new estimated fulfillment time along with any additional order information. You will have the option to modify or cancel the order at this time without any restocking fees. You may also exchange the back-ordered item for a comparable in-stock product.
Our staff works hard to get your products to you as soon as possible and we use all business hours to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately so you can avoid cancellation or restocking fees. However, if your order has been processed (but not shipped) prior to your communication, we will apply a 5% cancellation fee. If your order has been processed and shipped, a 35% restocking fee will be applied and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
In order to keep up with market trends and provide the best possible price to our customers, we update our prices often. Because of this, will not make any price adjustments after an order has been processed. You may return the item(s) in question but please note that shipping charges will not be refunded and all return policies and conditions will be applied to your order.
In most cases, will price-match according to the minimum advertising price set forth by the manufacturer. We do, however, maintain the right to deny any price match request for any reason. If you have a price match request, please contact us. will collect online sales tax where required by law. If your order qualifies for sales taxes, you will see a line item during the checkout process. If you feel sales taxes has been inaccurately calculated, please contact for additional support.
If you receive an email from that states your product(s) is being drop-shipped from the manufacturer, this means the manufacturer is the only supplier for your product(s) and that your order is being shipped directly from their warehouse. Please plan an additional 1-2 days processing time when this occurs.
In some cases, your email provider may mark emails from as spam. Before contacting us, please check your spam folder. We also recommend adding to your whitelist to receive all communications from us.
